Service responsibilities, compliance and case expectations.
This page expands the terms summary contained in the CashBack Insured dossier. Any signed client service agreement governing a specific engagement controls that case where applicable.
1. Service Agreement
By engaging CashBack Insured, the client authorizes the company to act as a legal intermediary for asset-recovery activities covered by the agreed engagement. The case may involve communication, documentation, claims handling, negotiation support, compliance review and organization of the delivery pathway after release.
2. Client Identity, Ownership & Compliance
CashBack Insured states that it adheres to United States AML and KYC requirements. Clients must provide valid proof of identity and proof of ownership or lawful entitlement to the relevant funds or assets. The platform may restrict private forum access until identity verification is complete.
3. Fees
The dossier describes fees as either a contingency percentage of recovered funds or a flat retainer agreed in the initial contract. Standard retrieval cases may fall under the stated “No Recovery, No Fee” structure. The exact fee arrangement for a client is the one recorded in the applicable service agreement.
4. Third-Party Delays
CashBack Insured is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking institutions or government authorities. The company states that it will endeavor to expedite matters, but release decisions and external processing timelines can remain outside its control.
5. Fraud Protection & Prohibited Use
Any attempt to use the service for money laundering is grounds for immediate termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities. Customers must provide truthful information and must not use the platform to conceal ownership, source or intended movement of funds.
6. Verification References
Case, Transaction ID and Agent ID references are intended to help customers verify recognized activity. Customers should use the official website and authenticated forum when sharing case information.
7. Evidence & Communications
Documents, receipts, transaction details and case messages supplied through the platform form part of the support record. Clients should avoid sending passwords, online-banking credentials, PINs, CVVs or other authentication secrets through the case conversation.
