Sensitive financial cases require confidential handling.
This page expands the privacy summary in the CashBack Insured dossier and describes how the current platform is designed to handle identity, transaction and case information.
1. Information Collected
The dossier states that personal data may include a client’s name, SSN/Tax ID and banking details where required for legal verification and transaction processing. The platform can also collect identity-document images, face captures, transaction references, bank names, dates, amounts, receipts, supporting documents and case communications.
2. Purpose of Collection
Information is collected for identity verification, proof-of-ownership review, transaction processing, case management, fraud verification and the legal/compliance work associated with the customer’s engagement.
3. Confidentiality
The dossier states that client information is confidential and is not sold to third parties. Access to private case information is limited by authenticated user and administrative roles within the platform.
4. Verification Checks
The fraud-verification model can compare submitted website, phone, email or reference data against public and private records connected to the system. The dossier states that verification data is not stored permanently unless a formal case is opened.
5. Identity & Case Files
Identity documents and case attachments are treated as private files. The application stores uploaded evidence outside ordinary public browsing paths and serves it through authenticated endpoints so an unverified visitor cannot simply enumerate file URLs.
6. Legal Disclosure
Information may be disclosed where required by law or to comply with a court order, including matters connected to asset seizure prevention or other lawful financial investigations.
7. Security
The dossier states that client information is encrypted using AES-256 standards. The web application additionally uses secure sessions, CSRF protection, prepared database statements, role-based access controls and restricted upload handling as part of the application security model.
